Arachel
I enjoy helping clients develop healthy boundaries, not as a way to push others away, but as a form of self-respect that supports healthier, more authentic relationships. Whether you're navigating people-pleasing, self-doubt, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and build confidence.

Background
Healing from trauma is about more than processing the past—it's about creating a life where you feel safe, connected, and confident in yourself. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, abuse, relationship wounds, grief, and other life experiences that have left them feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from vulnerable and underserved populations, recognizing the unique challenges they often face with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and respect. As an EMDR-trained, trauma-informed therapist, I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental space.
Our work together is one where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we work to understand how past experiences may be showing up in your present relationships, emotions, and daily life while building practical tools to support lasting healing.
