Cesare

Cesare did undergraduate work at Duke University and Oberlin College and he received his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. He utilizes a client-centered approach, performs EMDR and has training in CBT, Gottman Method, and is a certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapy specialist. He sees clients virtually and in-office.

Background

Cesare understands that many individuals, including himself, were not taught how to connect with and understand their emotions which can lead to confusion in how to handle feelings of fear, anxiety, depression, interfere with important relationships as well as hinder your ability to work through trauma. However, he knows that change is possible and you can be successful. He works collaboratively with his clients to create a compassionate, and safe space for clients to move forward and thrive in their lives.

I create a safe and non-judgmental place for you to work through whatever challenges you are facing. My goal is to be a supportive guide on your journey to a better life. Addressing deeply personal and difficult issues, especially if you are new to therapy, can be intimidating for anyone, you will always be in the driver's seat and control the pace at which we move.

My background experience includes work with adults, women’s groups, trauma survivors, young adults and adolescents, men who aren’t sure about therapy, as well as those who struggle with boundary issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions.

In my free time, I enjoy riding horses, training horses, fly fishing, and spending quality time with my friends and family.

I encourage you to reach out to me if you have any questions about me or what a session with me would be like. There is no charge and I am more than happy to speak with you about how I can help you.
